When will my order be shipped?
ALL items are currently made to order, so as stated in the item description dispatch time for all items is 1 - 2 weeks (7-14 business days.)
Business days are MON - FRI and do not include Weekends or public holidays - PLEASE NOTE Dispatch Time is the time it takes for your orders to be made, quality checked, packed and sent to the post office and NOT the time it takes to get to you.
You will receive a dispatch email on the day your items are packed and sent to the Post Office.
How long until my order arrives?
UK CUSTOMERS : Once your order has left the Post office, Royal Mail state that items could take up to 5 Business days to arrive BUT will not be considered as lost until 10 business days after the due date.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
If you weren't aware your order is being shipped from the UK, Royal Mail international standard can take up to 14 Business days to arrive - this can be delayed because of varying factors and is not classed as lost until until 25 Business days after the item due date.
Why don't you offer a Glossy upgrade?
I try to provide my customers with good value for money without skimping on quality - unfortunately Glossy paper is double the price of Matte paper here in the UK which would mean a huge hike in prices if it were to be an option, for this reason I have chosen to stick with my silky smooth Matte paper and to keep prices affordable for all of my customers.
Can I combine my orders?
If you wish to combine orders orders you MUST leave a note to me in the notes to seller section when you checkout - you MUST also message me as soon as the order is placed. Provided this is within 24 hours of the previous order and your previous order has not already been processed then I will be able to action this for you, if it is after 24 hours then I cannot guarantee this will be actioned.
In the case of combined orders if there are overages on your shipping cost these will be refunded at the time of shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Tracked and non-tracked.
At checkout international customers will be given the option to purchase standard and tracked shipping - neither option is faster than the other and your order is still processed in the same way.
STANDARD SHIPPING - If you opt for the cheaper standard shipping option your order will not have a tracking number.
TRACKED SHIPPING - If you purchase the Tracked shipping option you will be provided a tracking number at the time of shipping.
PLEASE NOTE: If your order has no bulky items ie - Albums your mail will be posted in a post box this means that your item will not show any tracking scans until it reaches the destination country.
Please bare these things in mind when enquiring about your orders.
